1. How long does processing and shipping take?
Processing takes 0–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

2. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, France, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, and all other addresses on the earth.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your delivery status at any time.

4. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
Please email us as soon as possible at service@OneMercato.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to assist you.

5. What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?
We sincerely apologize! Contact us within 30 days with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll quickly arrange a refund or replacement.

6. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns for defective items, incorrect orders, or products damaged during shipping. Please refer to our Return Policy above for full details.

7. What items are non-returnable?
We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Custom or personalized products unless they are defective

8. Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes. However, we currently do not ship to military addresses (e.g., APO/FPO/DPO).
