Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order from OneMercato. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at service@OneMercato.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and nature of use, some personal or customized items may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description before purchasing.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
